Senator David Carlucci (D – Rockland/Westchester), is accepting nominations for the New York State Senate Liberty Medal program. The Liberty Award is one of the highest civilian honors which can be bestowed by a Member of the New York State Senate upon a resident of New York
If you know of an individual who has proven to be selfless, noble, and heroic through exceptional actions or meritorious or humanitarian efforts, please submit the attached nomination form to Senator Carlucci’s office at 20 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956 or please e-mail the application to carlucci@nysenate.gov.
