Statement from Sen. Carlucci on Net Neutrality Repeal

“The repeal of Net Neutrality rules could hurt consumers, students, and small businesses. My legislation (S.7183C) in the New York State Senate would ensure Internet Service Providers follow net neutrality rules in the Empire State so that the internet is free and open to all. We must come together and decide fair access to the internet is worth protecting by law.”
