Statement From Sen. Carlucci on Rockland County Lawmakers Voting Down Resolution

"It's disappointing this resolution in support of my bill did not pass because we need to protect our children's right to a quality education. This legislation offers several ways to enforce substantially equivalent standards, which has never been done. We will not stop on the state level until this bill is passed."
