Senator Phillips Attends Herricks High School’s National Blue Ribbon School Celebration

Senator Elaine Phillips recently attended Herricks High School’s National Blue Ribbon School celebration. Last fall, the United States Department of Education named Herricks High School a National Blue Ribbon School for 2017. 

“It was a great pleasure to attend and present the school with a New York State Proclamation commemorating this achievement,” Senator Phillips said. “Congratulations again to the administration, faculty, and most importantly, the students for their outstanding work in achieving this great honor.”

Herricks was recognized for academic excellence as a high-performing school.
