Senator James Sanders Jr. (D-Queens) is proud to be a longtime supporter and host of the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP), giving young people an opportunity to learn about the role of government first hand and to enhance their skills. This year we had two international interns join Team Sanders - Katrina Yeung (Left) of Canada and Andres Fuentes of Chile (Right). "They did a great job," said Senator Sanders. "I was glad to have the opportunity to recognize them on the Senate floor."
