Senator Serrano Participates In Town Hall Meeting Hosted By Mayor de Blasio and Council Member Gibson

Senator Serrano delivered remarks to an engaged audience at the Bronx School for Law, Government & Justice during Mayor de Blasio and Council Member Vanessa Gibson's District 16 Bronx Town Hall. The conversation covered a variety of topics affecting the residents of the Bronx and New York City.
