As another way to help his constituents find employment, Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. has once again partnered with the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services for a hiring event next month.
The event will take place on Wednesday, October 3, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ridgewood Library, located at 20-12 Madison Avenue, in Ridgewood.
“I always enjoy collaborating with the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services for these job opportunity events,” Addabbo said. “It is a great way for people who may be looking for work in the service industry to find a credible job. The Jewish Board has hired several new employees through these hiring events, so I encourage anyone who may be in need of a job to bring their résumé to the Ridgewood Library on October 3, and apply for an available position.”
The Jewish Board will be interviewing candidates for positions including Case Assistants, Social Work Supervisors, Intake Specialists, Receptionist, Free for Service Social Workers, Milieu Counselors, Porters, and more.
Attendees are asked to come dressed professionally and bring plenty of copies of their résumé.
