Senator Robach Helps Break Ground on Charlotte Square on the Loop Apartments

It was an exciting day for downtown Rochester as we celebrated the groundbreaking of Charlotte Square on the Loop apartments. This is yet another terrific project by Nelson Leenhouts and Home Leasing Properties. These state of the art, affordable apartments will help to meet the growing demand for downtown Rochester living.
