The dedicated patriarch of the Spano family, Leonard was a proud public servant who served Westchester residents for over three decades as a County Legislator and as County Clerk. He helped inspire his children, and many others, to take up public service. May his memory be a blessing and a source of pride for the entire Spano family and all of Westchester County.”
