Senator David Carlucci on New York Raising the Age To Purchase Tobacco Products From 18 To 21

New York State is standing up to protect our children and young adults from dangerous tobacco products.  We know smoking cigarettes can cause cancer, and now we know some vaping products can cause deadly lung illnesses. We can not let our children become statistics and Big Tobacco to become Big Vape."
