LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y. – Senate Deputy Leader Michael Gianaris issued the following statement after a fatal crash which occurred this morning in Long Island City.
"This is another disturbing traffic fatality involving a pedestrian. I offer my condolences to Ms. Mueller's loved ones. This is the latest preventable traffic crash where innocent lives were lost. I have already contacted the NYPD seeking further information."
