“The federal stimulus bill does not help State and local government when it comes to lost revenues. We have a governmental need that has not been met. The federal government is not addressing our State and County response so how do we generate the needed revenue for our education system and medicaid? We will be short, resulting in cuts to needed services for our most vulnerable.”
