Statement from Senator David Carlucci On Incident in Yorktown

On a day when many New Yorkers are coming together to stand up to hate and the fear it creates, we hear houses of worship were vandalized in Yorktown. We must all work together to create tolerance in our society. I am fighting to pass legislation to better educate our children about hate and symbols of hate so they understand the importance of  acceptance and respect for one another. Hate is not something anyone is born with, it's a learned behavior, and we can teach better against it."
