July 9, 2020
Orange County, NY...Senator Jen Metzger (SD-42) today joined constituents at Yesterdays Irish Pub in Warwick to answer questions, share thoughts on local matters, and deliver an update on the State Legislature. The community chat was held at tables set up outside on Main Street. Prior to the event, the Hudson Valley and Catskills Senator delivered gallon jugs of NYS hand sanitizer to the Albert Wisner Library in Warwick, the Tuxedo Park Library, and the Greenwood Lake Public Library.
“It was great to meet with Warwick residents and catch up on the work of my office these last months as well as the issues they’re concerned about locally, and I want to thank Yesterdays’ owner John Christison who offered us wonderful hospitality,” said Senator Metzger. “It was the perfect spot on Main Street for a safe and socially-distanced community chat.”
Jen Metzger represents the 42nd Senate District, which includes all of Sullivan County and parts of Delaware, Orange, and Ulster Counties. Senator Metzger serves as Chair of the Agriculture Committee and sits on the Environmental Conservation, Education, Health, Energy and Telecommunications, Local Government, Women’s Issues, Domestic Animal Welfare, and Legislative Commission on Rural Resources Committees.
