Last week, State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. read the storybook “What is a Narwhal?” to the students at P.S. 316 in Ozone Park for their annual Read Aloud Day. Addabbo would like to thank P.S. 316 Principal Melissa Compson and Parent Coordinator Barbara Luciano for the invite.
