NEW YORK STATE SENATOR MONICA R. MARTINEZ AND HER TEAM SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS
MARCH 27, 2020
(PATCHOGUE, NY ): New York State Senator Monica R. Martinez and her team have vowed to visit local businesses throughout the Third Senatorial District to encourage local shopping and curbside dining to those businesses which have been harshly impacted by the COVID-19. During this pandemic, non-essential businesses have been forced to close to protect the public and ensure social distancing is complied with. Our restaurants have been limited to take out and delivery service only during this time to ensure individuals are staying home, and helping to flatten the curve.
“Our local restaurants and food stores are the heart of the downtowns throughout the Third Senatorial District. We know during this challenging time, many have reduced staff and are fearful of how they will care for their own families. While we are all staying home, stopping the spread, and helping to flatten the curve, you can support these businesses by ordering take out or delivery. Many of them have been a lifesaver for myself and my staff as we continue to serve our constituents throughout this crisis,” said Senator Monica R. Martinez
As Senator Martinez continues to support local businesses, she encourages everyone to visit the following shops in the area. Bon Appetit!!
