Senator Helming Meets with Colonel Jim McDonough, New Director of NYS Division of Veterans’ Services

ALBANY – Senator Pam Helming recently met with Colonel Jim McDonough, the new director of the NYS Division of Veterans' Services, Jonathan Fishbein, General Counsel and Benjamin Pomerance, Deputy Director of Program Development.
“It was an honor to meet with Colonel McDonough and his team. We discussed the importance of continuing veterans' services in our state and I was able to express my support for Sampson to become a state designated cemetery. We had a great conversation and I look forward to working with him to help our veterans throughout the Finger Lakes Region and our state as a whole,” Senator Helming said.
