"Everyone has stepped up like never before in the battle against COVID. Now, it is time to move forward as a state and get people back to work and businesses reopened safely. The state needs to work with our gyms, summer camps and hospitality industry to help them and provide certainty in an uncertain time. Many of these businesses and organizations can safely reopen and have detailed plans in place to keep their workers and customers safe. We shouldn't ignore all the work that has gone into this effort. Our entire region depends on summer tourism and if immediate action is not taken, we risk doing irreparable harm to these businesses and the employees who depend on these jobs to feed their families," said Senator Helming
