Hudson, NY – New York State Senator Daphne Jordan (R,C,I,Ref-Halfmoon) is partnering with the American Red Cross to sponsor a blood drive for Columbia County on Thursday, August 12, from 1 to 6 p.m., at the Hudson Elks #787. Appointments for blood donations need to be made online. Individuals wishing to take part in the community blood drive should visit redcrossblood.org to book their appointment.

“Blood donors save lives and the need for blood donations is especially urgent given the severe nationwide shortage that we’re experiencing.
