“I congratulate Governor Kathy Hochul as she makes history as the 57th, and first female Governor of New York State. I am confident that Governor Hochul will serve with integrity, and will be a strong leader for all New Yorkers as we forge ahead with the ongoing Covid health and economic crises. As a former congresswoman, county clerk, town council member, and lieutenant governor, Governor Hochul has the experience at the local, state, and federal level to know what it takes to lead a state as unique, diverse, and strong as New York.
