Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick Statement on AG James findings on Cuomo investigation

New City, NY - Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick has released the following statement:

Attorney General Letitia James and her team have found that Gov. Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women, instigated unlawful retaliatory attacks on victims, and created a pervasive hostile culture of harassment in the Executive Chamber, in violation of state & federal law as well as the administration’s own workplace regulations. The substantiation of these allegations against Governor Cuomo by this independent investigation confirm that it is long past time for Governor Cuomo to resign and face consequences for his actions. If he refuses, the Assembly should move to impeach immediately.”
