MARTUCCI ANNOUNCES OFFICE LOCATIONS AND KEY STAFF

ALBANY, NY – Senator Mike Martucci (R, C, I – New Hampton) announced his District and Albany office contact information as well as senior staff appointments aimed at providing strong and consistent representation for all the residents of the 42nd State Senate district.

“We are in the midst of a pandemic and I want my constituents to know that help is on the way,” Senator Martucci said. “That’s why I’ve maintained the same district office location and contact information as my predecessor and hired an experienced, professional staff. I promised each of you that I would fight for our families every day and my staff appointments demonstrate that commitment.”

Office Locations and Hours

Senator Martucci’s District Office will be located at 90 North Street, Suite 205 in the City of Middletown. The phone number is (845) 344-3311 and the office will be open and staffed from 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday. The Senator’s Albany Office is in the Legislative Office Building, Room 415. Key Staff

Matt Nelligan will serve as Senator Martucci’s Chief of Staff. Matt is a seasoned professional who has served in this role for two previous senators and has more than twelve years’ experience in senior leadership roles in the State Senate. He has authored and negotiated dozens of pieces of legislation and built an extensive network of contacts that will be used to benefit constituents in the 42nd district. He lives in Schenectady with his wife Jackie and has eight children and stepchildren. He holds a Master’s in U.S. Government and Politics from the College of Saint Rose.

Thomas Corlett will serve as Senator Martucci’s District Director — the senior district representative for the Senator. Tom has strong local roots having been born and raised on his family’s multigenerational farm in the district. Tom was the Campaign Manager for Mike Martucci’s successful bid for the state senate in 2020 and personally knows the issues and the people of the district. Tom is involved in local government as a member of both the Planning Board and the Comprehensive Plan Update Committee in the Town of Greenville. He is also a small businessman who founded his own management and consulting firm and brings wide-ranging prior work experience to the job. Tom lives in the Town of Greenville.

Heidi Haynes will serve as Director of Community Relations. Heidi most recently served as Constituent Coordinator for Senator George Amedore. She has a strong understanding of the issues the district faces. She currently serves as a Legislator for Ulster County and will bring her passion for public service to the community.

Jane Kunzweiler will serve as the Director of Constituent Relations. She has worked as a Program Coordinator for St. Stephen’s Parish in Warwick and most recently as Director of Constituent Services for Assemblyman Colin Schmitt. She lives in the Town of Warwick with her husband Steve and has five children and two beautiful grandchildren.

Camille O’Brien will serve as Director of Legislative Affairs. Camille is very familiar with public policy issues and the needs of local governments. She previously served in the office of Assemblyman Felix Ortiz and is a resident of Port Jervis.

Doug Jetter will serve as Legislative Assistant in Albany. Doug brings nearly twenty years of experience in the senate to this job, including serving in this role for retiring Senator Rich Funke. Doug will focus on budget and constituent issues as well as event organization and management.

Renea Molineaux will serve as the Senator’s Albany Executive Assistant. Renea has more than thirty years of experience in this role under two previous senators. She looks forward to working on behalf of the residents of the 42nd district.

Mike Martucci is serving his first term as the Senator for the 42nd NYS Senate District which comprises all of Sullivan County and parts of Orange, Ulster and Delaware counties. He has been named the ranking member of the Senate Committees on Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities and Small Business, Commerce and Economic Development. Mike is a small businessman who employed hundreds of people locally at his former company, Quality Bus Service, which was responsible for safely transporting thousands of school children each day in and near the 42nd senate district. Mike and his wife Erin own a family-farm in the Town of Westtown and established a family foundation to support local women and children in need, educational opportunities, job creation, and agriculture initiatives. Mike and Erin have three children and live in the Town of Wawayanda.
