Statement from Senate Judiciary Chair Hoylman on List of Court of Appeals Chief Judge Candidates from Commission on Judicial Nomination

State Senator Brad Hoylman, Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said: “I’m happy that it appears the Commission on Judicial Nomination has answered the call by elected officials and judicial advocates to select a diverse list of candidates for the vacancy of Chief Judge of the NYS Court of Appeals.
