Stec Welcomes Lake Placid Middle School Choir, Band to Albany

Senator Dan Stec (R,C-Queensbury) today welcomed the Lake Placid Middle School Band and Chorus to Albany today as part of the New York State Student Music Association (NYSSMA) performances. 

“It was an honor to see the Lake Placid Middle School musicians perform in Albany today,” said Stec. “Choir Director Taylor Prosper and Band Director Emileigh Kukuvka both did an excellent job working with our students, and the musicians sounded great. Having the NYSSMA performances resume in-person after the two years of COVID-related cancellations has allowed the Capital Region to see just how talented our student-musicians are.”
