Submit Your Comments on the Critical Environmental Plan

New Yorkers are facing an affordability crisis.  Residents are seeing higher prices across the board, from fuel to home utility bills, costs are continuing to rise. Unfortunately, at the same time, Albany is moving to put an even greater financial strain on communities, by banning affordable, reliable forms of energy.  As part of the environmental plans signed into law in 2019, a plan must be submitted to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and move NY to zero emissions.
