Senator Jim Tedisco yesterday helped celebrate the 40th wedding anniversary of Galway residents Bob and Penny Schlueter with a New York State Senate Proclamation, as the couple were given a surprise anniversary party by their many family and friends at the Galway Fire Department, where the Schlueters are active volunteers.

The event brings together family members of missing persons from across the state to share ways of coping and keeping hope alive, to prevent abductions and share information to find those who are missing.
