January 19, 2022
Senator Jim Tedisco (R,C-Glenville) today announced that he has received from the state about 1,000 COVID-19 rapid, at-home test kits that he will be partnering with Glenville Supervisor Chris Koetzle to distribute free of charge to residents at a drive-through giveaway at the Glenville Senior Center, 32 Worden Road, Glenville, NY, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (or while supplies last) on Saturday, January 22, 2022.
Tedisco noted that due to the limited supply his office has received, the tests will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis for those who want to be tested.
“I continue to hear from constituents who want to get a COVID test and are having difficulties doing so. My office has received 1,000 at-home test kits from the state and I want to make these available to any resident who feels they need it for themselves or a loved one. I’m proud to partner with Glenville Supervisor Chris Koetzle and the Town of Glenville to make these free test kits available to residents who choose to have this testing option available to them,” said Senator Jim Tedisco.
“I want to thank Senator Tedisco for providing these important tests to our residents. We have been working hard with government officials to get the resources necessary to help fight this pandemic and we appreciate Senator Tedisco’s leadership in that fight,” said Glenville Supervisor Chris Koetzle.
