Senator Helming Presents NYS Senate Commendation Award to Ray Ciancaglini

Senator Pam Helming presented a New York State Senate Commendation Award to Ray Ciancaglini at his recent Back the Blue benefit for the Geneva Police Department, held at Ventosa Vineyards.

The Commendation Award honors an individual who exemplifies the spirit of community, philanthropy, and leadership. Ray was recognized for his leadership of The Second Impact, a non-profit dedicated to concussion awareness, his advocacy for young athletes, and his support for local law enforcement, firefighters and first responders.

Senator Helming said, “Ray has a fighting spirit that never quits. His leadership inspires all of us. I am honored to recognize Ray with the Senate Commendation Award.”
