Brooklyn, NY - On October 18, Senator Kevin Parker had the honor of presenting a proclamation to MA Sa Akhi Performing Arts Academy, a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering youth and adults in under-utilized and limited-resource communities through the production and distribution of life-enhancing music and performing arts education.
