Senator Addabbo Brings His Constituent Services to the Community with "Java with Joe" in Glendale
January 8, 2024
State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. is always seeking ways to be more accessible to his constituents and therefore he is providing multiple opportunities for his constituents to meet with him and discuss any personal or community-related issues that they may be facing.
Addabbo hosted his first “Java with Joe” event of the new year on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Buongiorno Bagels & Café in Glendale. Some of the topics discussed with constituents were illegal scooters, employment issues, the condition of the Atlas water tower, veteran’s issues, and traffic concerns.
“I have truly enjoyed my ‘Java With Joe’ events as a way to hear directly from my constituents of the issues that concern them, while also having a good cup of morning coffee. I believe this kind of accessibility and constituent service is appreciated by my residents and I look forward to scheduling additional ‘Java With Joe’ events throughout the district in the coming months,” Addabbo said. “I believe that one of the most important parts of my job as an elected official is to hear from my constituents and engage with them on an individual level. As I highlight local businesses with these Java events on weekends, I want to thank all my host locations for allowing me to use their space.”
