Senator Addabbo Hosts Joyful Holiday Concert to Support Local Youth
December 19, 2024
Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. celebrated the spirit of the season with a festive holiday concert at All Saints Episcopal Church in Woodhaven on Tuesday, featuring the inspiring musical talents of Harmony for All. The evening was filled with holiday classics and heartfelt performances, showcasing the brother-sister duo, Bianca and Joshua Quddus, as they shared their passion for music with the community.
"The joy of music brings us together and enriches our lives," said Senator Addabbo. "Events like these not only celebrate the holiday spirit but also support our young artists and the transformative power of music education."
Joshua Quddus, an accomplished alto saxophonist, led his band, the Joshua Quddus Trio, which includes talented young musicians bassist Lucas Giordano and drummer Benjamin Sirignano. Bianca Quddus, a skilled clarinetist, captivated the audience with her solo performances.
Harmony 4 All is dedicated to providing musical education to underserved students in our local schools, recognizing its vital role in emotional and intellectual development. By eliminating financial barriers and giving access to musical resources, they empower students to embrace their love for music and artistic expression.
