Throughout the month of September, Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. conducted a pet food collection drive in partnership with PuppyKittyNYCity using his two district offices – Woodhaven and Middle Village – as drop off points to collect new and unopened pet food for dogs and cats in need. After a productive month that reflected the generosity of the community, Senator Addabbo dropped off a large supply of pet food to PuppyKittyNYCity.

“Thanks to the kindness and generosity of our constituents, we collected an impressive amount of food that will help nourish and care for countless pets,” Addabbo said. “Your efforts make a significant difference in the lives of these animals, and together, we can help ensure that no pet goes hungry.”

“On behalf of PuppyKittyNYCity, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the Senator’s office for their generous collection of food donations for our rescues, said Meagan Licari president of PuppyKittyNYCity. “Your support is crucial in helping us care for the many cats and dogs in need, and we are deeply grateful for your commitment to our mission. Together, we are making a meaningful difference in the lives of these animals.”
