Senator Kevin Parker Hosts Successful 17th Annual Harvest Fest Back to School Celebration

Brooklyn, NY—State Senator Kevin Parker hosted the 17th Annual Harvest Fest Back to School Celebration on Saturday, August 24. Held at Paerdegat Park in Brooklyn, the event was a tremendous success. The back-to-school celebration provided a full day of engaging activities, essential resources, backpacks, school supplies, and entertainment that catered to families and individuals of all ages.
The event drew a vibrant crowd eager to participate in the festivities. From distributing essential school supplies to hosting interactive health workshops and showcasing lively performances, the back-to-school celebration catered to all ages. Families enjoyed various activities, including entertaining games, community resource booths, and a variety of food options. The event symbolized the shift from summer to the new school year, emphasizing the need for community support for our youth.
