Senator Luis Sepúlveda Honors Mike Nieves with Presidential Volunteer Award

Bronx, NY, April 12, 2023 – In a moving ceremony held this Friday, New York State Senator Luis Sepúlveda presented the prestigious Presidential Volunteer Award to Bronx native Mike Nieves. This honor is bestowed upon individuals who demonstrate a lifetime of volunteer service, and Senator Sepúlveda is one of the few elected officials authorized to present this award in New York. 

During the ceremony, Senator Sepúlveda highlighted the substantial impact of Mr. Nieves's efforts, which span several decades of selfless community service.
