Senator Helming meets with Finger Lakes Community Health in Albany. Finger Lakes Community Health traveled to Albany to advocate for their legislative priorities.
Senator Helming has been advocating to expand billable services for our community health centers, increase Medicaid reimbursement rates, and address the workforce recruitment challenges faced by all of our healthcare providers. Senator Helming also opposes increasing the cost of medical malpractice insurance that hinders our ability to attract physicians to our communities and state.
Senator Helming thanks CEO Mary Zelazny and the Finger Lakes Community Health team for their continued advocacy and for all that they do for the community.
