Tedisco Welcomes Saratoga Springs Maple Avenue Middle School 7th Graders to NYS Capitol

Senator Jim Tedisco (R,C-Ballston Lake) today was pleased to welcome 7th grade students from Maple Avenue Middle School to the New York State Capitol.  Senator Tedisco, a former special education teacher and ranking member of the Senate Education Committee, discussed the state budget process and what it's like to be a representative for the people.  

"One of my favorite parts of serving as a representative in Albany is hosting school groups from the 44th Senate District and welcoming them to our historic state Capitol.  I was very impressed with the questions and knowledge of state government that the Maple Avenue Middle Schoolers showed," said Senator Jim Tedisco.
