Senator May Speaks in Support of Her Cider Legislation on Senator Floor

Let’s change our cider law. New York is one of a few states that does not permit cideries to ship directly to consumers, which is a disadvantage. My bill will change that, opening up a new market for our world-class cideries. I'm excited that my bill passed the Senate.
