Small Business Networking Expo

State Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) will be holding his 2009 Small Business Networking Expo on Thursday, May 28th from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at the Seaford Knights of Columbus, which is located at 2183 Jackson Avenue in Seaford.
The event enables current and prospective small business owners to speak directly with government and non-profit agencies about how they can help their small business grow or get off the ground. These agencies provide information about accessing capital, getting a small business loan, and writing a business plan. Representatives from local chambers of commerce will also be on hand to talk about the different business opportunities within their respective communities.
In addition, participants will be able to network with each other to promote their business and exchange information and ideas. Hundreds of people attended Senator Fuschillo’s 2008 Small Business Networking Expo last September.
“The Small Business Networking Expo is a great way for small business owners to learn how to make their business grow. It is also an opportunity to network and interact with other business owners and members of the local chambers of commerce. I invite anyone interested in taking advantage of this opportunity to attend on May 28th,” said Senator Fuschillo.
Residents who need additional information about the Small Business Networking Expo can call Senator Fuschillo’s office at 516-882-0630.
