Senator Parker helps Central Brooklyn Families Stay Safe
Brooklyn, NY- Join Senator Parker on Family Safety Day, the second event in the annual six-week free summer events series. Senator Parker partners with FDNY, New York Life Insurance Company, American Red Cross, New York State Office of Victim Services, State Farm Insurance and NYPD Explorers Silver Lining Program to assist Brooklyn Families with an array of helpful family safety services and programs. Brooklyn residents can receive free home smoke detectors from FDNY, and learn about Teen Driver Safety and Proper Child Safety Seat Installation, Child ID Safety Protection Program, and obtain helpful information for the “Know Your Rights if You’re the Victim of a Crime” program.
