Friday, June 26- U.S. Passport Application Assistance Day

Community residents can get assistance with preparing their U.S. Passports Applications. Co-sponsored by the New York Passport Agency. Requirements are:
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship
( Birth Certificate; Previous US passport; Certificate of Naturalization)
•Proof of Identity
(Valid driver's license; Employment photo ID from a government agency; Military photo; Valid college photo ID )
•Two Photographs
(Passport size 2 inch by 2 inch)
•Application Processing Fees
(For age 16 and up) $75.00/payable with a money order payable to U.S. Department of State and $25.00 agency processing fee payable with cash only (For age 15 and under) $60.00/payable with a money order payable to U.S. Department of State and $25.00 agency processing fee payable with cash only
Friday, July 10th – Seniors Service Day
10AM- 3PM
Senior citizens can visit the office to receive information from the following;
•AARP- Health care
•Social Security Administration- Retirement Benefits, Medicare Part D
•NYS Office of the Attorney General- Smart Seniors Program
•NYC Department of the Aging- Access to Senior Programs
