    SECTION 169-B

    Fees

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 14

    § 169-b. Fees. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the
    contrary, the commissioner is hereby authorized and directed to deposit
    all money received from fees collected pursuant to this article in
    designated accounts within the miscellaneous special revenue fund.
