Press Conference held on 1/30/2010 in Delaware County

Senator Bonacic held a press conference recently to address the issue of fines assessed to the hospitals and nursing homes in the watershed area and the DEP's desire to have a ban on Marcellus Shale gas drilling in the watershed region.
