OSWEGO HARBORFEST--25TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION

There will be plenty to do at this weekend's Harborfest in Oswego. I got to take an early tour of the festival, and presented an official proclamation to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the event, which draws visitors from across Upstate NY looking for some fun and sun. With picture-perfect weather on tap, we are all sure to get both!
