Senator DeFrancisco Reads to Children at Baldwinsville Library

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco had a great time reading to children at the Baldwinsville Library on August 7, 2014.  Senator DeFrancisco has been reading stories, delivering educational coloring books, and presenting certificates to children at various local libraries throughout the summer, as part of the 2014 New York State Senate Summer Reading Program.
