Senator Bonacic Delivers Remarks and Helps Cut Ribbon on New Water Resource Recovery Facility in the Village of Monticello

(Middletown, NY)- State Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) delivered remarks and helped cut a ceremonial ribbon at an event today celebrating the Village of Monticello’s new water resource recovery facility on Plant Dr. The facility cost $20.5 million and includes a grant of $11.9 million and a low interest loan of $8.5 million through the US Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Agency. Senator Bonacic spoke at the event and congratulated all those from the Village and the USDA for their work on the project.
