Bellmore Residents Speak With Senator Fuschillo During His "mobile Office Hours"

Bellmore residents recently visited with Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) and Assemblyman David G. McDonough (19th Assembly District) during the Senator’s "Mobile Office Hours" program at the Bellmore Library.

Senator Fuschillo and Assemblyman McDonough spoke to constituents about a variety of state and local issues, including property tax relief, affordable housing, and the increase in state education aid they secured for the Bellmore and North Bellmore School Districts as part of the 2007-08 state budget.

"People deserve to have access to their elected representatives, and this is a more personal way for local residents to share their thoughts and concerns," said Senator Fuschillo.
