SENATOR FUSCHILLO CONGRATULATES MERRICK’S NEWEST EAGLE SCOUT

State Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R-Merrick) and Assemblyman Dave McDonough (R-North Merrick) recently congratulated Merrick resident William Driscoll for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.

Senator Fuschillo presented William with a copy of a legislative resolution he sponsored in the State Senate honoring William’s accomplishments.

William, a graduate of Calhoun High School, earned the rank of Eagle Scout after many years of service in scouting and completing an Eagle Scout project. For his Eagle Scout project, William renovated the yard of a halfway house/soup kitchen, “Harvest for the World” in Roosevelt. Even though his project is complete, William continues to volunteer at “Harvest for the World” on a regular basis.
