Death Of Terror Master Mind Shows Justice Can Only Be Delayed,
State Senator Patty Ritchie said the death of terrorist Osama bin Laden is an important day for America, reminding us both of those who lost their lives on Sept. 11th and the men and women and the families of America’s armed forces who have sacrificed so much in the war on terror.
“Sunday night, the world saw that America never forgets those who conspire against our nation and those who dare to lift their hand against our people,” Senator Ritchie said. “But let no one forget that it would not have happened without the unceasing efforts of our military and the men and women of Fort Drum and their support structure who have sacrificed so much for so many years to show no one can hide forever from American justice.”
“With over 10,000 members of the 10th Mountain Division currently serving in Afghanistan, I would like to thank them and all the other members of the military, both past and present, for their efforts in keeping America safe from those who have plotted against us,” Senator Ritchie said.
