Senator Serrano Addresses Seniors at JASA Club 76 on the Upper West Side

Senator Serrano delivered an update to JASA Club 76 on the Upper West Side during his weekly off-site constituent hours. Serrano spoke about the issues he is fighting for in Albany and participated in a Q&A session, where he responded to concerns expressed by the seniors.
