Senator Mattera Congratulates Eagle Scouts

Senator Mario R. Mattera (2^nd Senate District) joined with family members, scout leaders and other scouts to congratulate Boy Scout Troop 70’s Eagle Scout inductees Kevin Patrick Hanson, John James Heraghty and Peter Richard Rizzo on their achievement.  Senator Mattera presented the new Eagle Scouts with proclamations to recognize the three young men during a special ceremony at the St. James Parish Center.

“I commend Kevin, John and Peter for their dedication to this goal and congratulate them for their achievement.  I also want to recognize the hard work of their parents, their families, their scout leaders and their fellow scouts who have all played a significant role in their success,” stated Senator Mattera.
